Bruce Stockburger, Vice President, has extensive experience in sophisticated wealth preservation and gift and estate planning techniques, including family limited partnerships, defective grantor trusts, generation-skipping trusts, charitable remainder and lead trusts, and qualified personal residence trusts. He handles tax-exempt financing of manufacturing facilities, tax-free and taxable mergers and acquisitions, and structuring sales of substantial assets.

In addition to his consulting role on behalf of Corporate Capital Resources, Bruce is a partner in the Roanoke law firm of Genrty Locke Rakes & Moore. He serves as chairman of the firm's commercial practice section, where he specializes in the areas of Tax and Estate Planning, Financing, and Health Care.
